Her undeniable big break came in 1994 when she was cast as the iconic Rachel Green in NBC’s sitcom Friends .
Aniston played the role for a whopping ten years, and the show catapulted all six leads to household names.
By the end of the series, each was reportedly earning $1 million per episode, cementing Aniston as one of Hollywood’s most highly-paid actresses of all time.

Aniston is also a megastar of the big screen, with roles in films such as Bruce Almighty , Marley and Me , Horrible Bosses , We’re the Millers and the Murder Mystery comedies.
But perhaps equally as famous as her filmography is Aniston’s personal life.
Her marriage to Brad Pitt catapulted the pair into the tabloids, and during the 90s, they were probably the biggest power couple in Hollywood.
However, the world was left shocked and heartbroken when the pair split in 2005 after rumours sprang up about Pitt’s relationship with Angelina Jolie.

Jolie and Pitt met on the set of Mr & Mrs Smith , and quickly, their on-screen relationship became all too real.
Pitt and Jolie did eventually marry in 2014, though they filed for divorce just two years later.
Aniston went on to date other big names, including Vince Vaughn and John Meyer.
She wed for a second time in 2015, this time to her Wanderlust co-star Justin Theroux.

However, the pair split in 2018, leaving Aniston single once more.
Since then, Aniston seems to have been going from strength to strength.
She’s opened up to the world about her IVF journey, after years of press attention claiming she didn’t want kids.
Speaking to Allure, Aniston said: “All the years and years of speculation… It was really hard.
“I was going through IVF, drinking Chinese teas, you name it.”
She added: “I would’ve given anything if someone had said to me, ‘Freeze your eggs. Do yourself a favour’. You just don’t think it. So here I am today.”
Aniston also criticised the media for the narrative they constructed around her without knowing the truth, explaining: “God forbid a woman is successful and doesn’t have a child.
“And the reason my husband left me, why we broke up and ended our marriage, was because I wouldn’t give him a kid.
“It was absolute lies. I don’t have anything to hide at this point.”
