Scott is also facing a “violence against a security guard” charge. According to the Paris prosecutor’s office, a security guard had attempted to get between Travis and his bodyguard and calm things down.
The American is in Paris for the Olympic Games and was in attendance when Team USA beat Serbia in the men’s basketball semifinal.

The 33-year-old has been arrested in the past. Scott was booked into Miami-Dade County Jail on charges of trespass and disorderly intoxication in June.
He also got in some trouble after a boisterous performance at an Astroworld Festival show got out of control and left 10 people dead.
He was ultimately cleared of any wrongdoing by the Houston District Attorney’s office, with District Attorney Kim Ogg revealing as much. However, several lawsuits have come his way as the victims’ families have taken him to task.
CNN and TMZ have both reached out to the rapper’s representatives for comment.
