Bodybuilder Joey Swoll calls out model for ‘inappropriate’ act that gyms should ‘kick people out’ for

Joey Swoll, the no-nonsense muscle maestro and “CEO of gym positivity,” is unleashing some serious beef on social media—and this time, his target is Brazilian model Sarah Caus, whose recent gym antics have left even the staunchest gym rats stunned and aghast.

Known for his no-holds-barred critique of gym etiquette—or the lack thereof—Swoll has seen a lot, but Caus’s recent performance? It’s pushed him to the edge.

In a viral video that’s got everyone from fitness buffs to casual scroll-happy netizens shaking their heads in disbelief, Caus takes gym behavior to a questionable new low.

The footage features her strutting into the strength training zone, approaching a barbell, and—brace yourselves—proceeding to straddle and gyrate on it.

Yes, you read that right: a full-on, in-your-face, barbell booty dance, smack in the middle of a public gym.

Swoll, spotting this spectacle in his social media feed, did not mince words.

“This is one of the most disgusting videos that I’ve ever seen in the gym,” he exploded in a fiery video rant. “I’m sorry I even have to post this, but it needs to stop. Gym owners need to kick people out for this kind of behavior!”

The fitness influencer, known for his advocacy of respectful and appropriate gym use, couldn’t hide his outrage as he continued: “I had to cover that woman up as she squats down, puts her private parts on a barbell, spreads her legs, and then rubs herself on it. And all for what? To sell more subscriptions to her OF!”

Swoll made it clear that he isn’t against people making a living on platforms like OnlyFans, but he insists there’s a time and place for everything—and the middle of a gym session is neither. “Keep it at home and out of the gym!” he demanded.

The reaction online? It’s a mix of shock, dismay, and a touch of nostalgia for simpler times. Comments ranged from lamentations about the decline of public decency to jokes about needing a new “gym rules” poster.

One user lamented: “Welcome to 2024, where you need to tell adults not to rub their junk on things that aren’t theirs or in public.” Another added: “Videos like this really make me weep for civilization.”

Meanwhile, Caus’s Instagram account vanished amid the backlash, but she wasn’t down for the count. She quickly fired back in a defiant video posted on X, posing in the gym with a cheeky “Hello haters.”

It seems not even a viral scandal can keep her away from her workouts—or the spotlight.
