Adele is feeling the love from a fellow musical icon at her latest concert!
The “Easy on Me” singer, 36, got emotional after seeing Céline Dion in the audience at her Las Vegas residency show on Saturday, Oct. 26.
In a video posted by a fan account on X (formerly Twitter), Adele was singing her song “When We Were Young” when she approached Dion, 56, who was seated in a box to the side at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace.
Adele became tearful as the pair embraced for a several seconds, before saying a few words to Dion while the Canadian singer held Adele’s face in her hands. Dion then held and kissed Adele’s hand as the British singer waved at those sitting nearby. She then said a few more words to Dion before walking away to continue her performance.
A closer angle of the touching moment, also posted on X, showed Adele getting tearful as she approached and hugged Dion, before walking away with tears visible on her cheeks. In the clip, Dion also appeared extremely emotional as she embraced and talked to her fellow singing icon. Yet another clip showed Dion sitting back down after her sweet moment with Adele and dabbing her own eyes.
The “My Heart Will Go on” singer appeared to have been joined by her two of her sons, Nelson and Eddy Angélil, 14, as both boys comforted their mother after her emotional encounter. One clip posted on X also showed Adele walking away from Dion and continuing to sing the track as she dabbed her tearstained face.
