Eminem’s Child Came Out As Non-Binary And Changed Their Name

Eminem’s child has come out as non-binary and changed their name.

The ‘Without Me’ rapper is one of the most famous musicians in the world and is known for his chart-topping hits such as ‘Lose Yourself,’ ‘Love The Way You Lie’ and ‘My Name Is.’

While his music can often be satirical, Eminem – whose real name is Marshall Mathers – is also known for his heartfelt and personal lyrics, rapping about things like his relationships with his ex-wife and children.

It’s not the rapper himself, though, who is making headlines this time around.

One of his three children has come out as non-binary and fans are overjoyed for them.

“Glad to see you are feeling more comfortable with yourself! Love yourself! You’re awesome,” one fan writes.

Someone else adds: “It takes so much courage to do that. You’re an amazing person.”

“Congrats on your journey to finding yourself,” says a third viewer.

Another person pens: “We support you and we are so proud of you! You are wonderful!!”

And a fifth commenter writes: “As a mother of four children, all I want for them is to be happy. I don’t care who they are or who they love as long as they’re happy. I’m sure your family feel the same about you. Best wishes.”

Eminem has three children, Haile, 28, Alaina, 31, and Stevie, 22.

He had Haile with his ex-wife Kim Scott and adopted Alaina from Kim’s sister, Dawn.

Stevie was born Whitney Scott in April 2002 and their biological father is Eric Hartter – whom Kim dated while she and Eminem had split up.

But, once the couple got back together in 2005, the ‘Not Afraid’ rapper adopted their child.

Stevie largely uses their social media platforms to document their long-distance relationship with TikToker Declan Jace, but, back in 2021, they appeared to call out Eminem for failing to tell them they were adopted.

In the TikTok video, Stevie can be seen lip-syncing along to captions that suggest a real-life incident in which someone had informed them that they were adopted.

“He’s not your real dad,” said the unnamed person. “You’re adopted.”

Stevie initially denies it, before approaching their adopted father – hinting that the rapper had falsely claimed to be their biological father.

“You’re my real dad, right? Am I adopted?” they ask.

“I am your real dad,” the father figure supposedly replied: “I am your real dad.”

Stevie then claims that they were sent an article about their biological dad’s death, which they showed to their grandmother.

Eric Hartter died in 2019 from an alleged cocaine and fentanyl overdose.

They then reportedly recount their grandmother saying: “I’m sorry they wouldn’t tell you about him.”

But now, Stevie has taken to social media to talk about their gender identity…

Stevie had previously come out as bisexual and then, four years later, they came out as non-binary in a TikTok post that has now been viewed over 260,000 times.

In the video, Stevie shared photos of themselves as ‘Whitney’ alongside the pronouns ‘she/her,’ which they transition to images of themself as ‘Stevie’ who is open to using ‘all pronouns.’

One of the comments asked why they chose the name Stevie, to which they replied: “I spent a long time trying to pick a name I felt comfortable with and the first name I felt comfortable with is Stevie.”
