“Go woke, go broke” is a saying for a reason. As a number of large global companies have recently discovered, espousing a progressive ideology and pushing it on your customers (including your paying fans), has proved to be a pretty bad idea lately.
Taylor Swift is apparently not immune to the backlash.
And reportedly, besides the massive financial hit to Swift… the Kamala campaign might be regretting the big endorsement as well! Imagine that — not every American voter is spurred on by the transparent manipulations of the elites? Shocker.

Taylor Swift’s endorsement of Kamala Harris appears to have backfired, according to a poll.
A new poll from YouGov released Saturday found that only 8 per cent of voters said the superstar’s approval would see them “somewhat” or “much more likely” to vote for Ms Harris.
But the same poll, which ran on Sep 11 and 12, found one in five (20 per cent) of those surveyed would be less likely to vote for her after the endorsement.

The funny part is… the Kamala campaign is apparently still eager to have Taylor show up and campaign! But as the story continues in The Telegraph, that might not be such a great idea.
Ms Harris aides say they would love for Swift to actively campaign, such as by appearing at a rally in her native Pennsylvania, a battleground state that could well decide the election.
But the polling might suggest this wouldn’t be in her best interests.
The Harris campaign itself was not involved in Swift’s decision to back Harris.
The vice president’s aides said they learned of Swift’s support only when the entertainer, 34, posted minutes after the vice president stepped off the debate stage in Philadelphia on Tuesday night.
At this point I feel that it would be appropriate to point out the impeccable logic of Danica Patrick regarding the whole issue of a Taylor Swift endorsement:

If I was the Kamala campaign… I would be distancing myself from Taylor’s decision to support me, too. And in researching for this story… I could not begin to tell you how many videos I came across like this one. I’m starting to think there might be just as many “former” Swifties out there as there are “former” democrats, thanks to Kamala and the 2024 democratic party!
