Urgent care staff have sparked outrage after posting a TikTok video mocking patients inside examination rooms.
The medical staff were subsequently fired after the bizarre clip, which showcased employees posing with patient’s bodily fluids left behind on the paper covering of exam tables.
‘Guess the substance,’ one utterly strange caption read.
The video was angled on whether patients can leave care staff ‘gifts’ following their appointment.
To which they replied ‘yes,’ posing next to the bodily fluids that remained.
The clip ended with a group of staff gathered around a table stain with the words: “Make sure you leave your healthcare workers sweet gifts like these!”

Sutter Health, which partners with the clinic, issued a statement which read: “We are deeply concerned about a disrespectful social media post made on a personal account by a former employee, and we are conducting a full review in line with our policies.”
Having identified the individual who posted the video, as well as those who took part in filming, the clinic confirmed that they have ‘been fired.’
Sansum Clinic, where the staff formerly worked, also addressed the controversy.
Taking to Instagram, they wrote: “We share the concern raised by a recent social media post at one of our care sites and took immediate action once we became aware.
“We take this matter very seriously and are conducting a full review.”
The clinic added: “Patient trust and dignity are always our top priority and any behavior that violates those standards is unacceptable.”
But people in the comments noted that they were ‘concerned’ about the culture at the clinic, after seeing the clip.

One user questioned: “What is the culture of your clinic? Because why did this many employees feel comfortable participating in this?”
Another said: “I cannot even begin to express how harmful that video was.”
As a third noted: “That many of your employees exercised terrible judgement at the same time, I’d never trust any of your staff.
“This is a management issue, not only did you fail to manage your employees you also failed to train them.”
Another furious user asked: “Have you contacted your female patients to inform them of this breach of privacy?”
The clip has now been deleted, but screen-recordings of it are still circulating on social media.
An outraged user said: “It’s already difficult for women to go into these appointments and now you have confirmed so many fears.
“How many women will suffer because of this?
“How many young women will never make their first appointment in fear of being mocked this way?
“This isn’t an apology and this isn’t taking responsibility.”
