A woman has left social media in shock after showing off her incredible transformation over just four years.
Toxii, who loves body modifications, is now nearly covered in tattoos, with the top half of her body completely blacked out in ink. But that’s only the start of her extreme changes.
She has taken off her nose, tattooed her eyes and tongue, had horn-like implants put in her forehead, and even split her tongue in two.

In a recent Instagram post, Toxii surprised her followers by sharing a rare before-and-after look at her transformation. The version of her from 2019 was almost unrecognizable — she had long blonde hair, soft glam makeup, and no visible tattoos or modifications.

Now, with her shiny black hair, lots of tattoos, and cool body changes, she proudly shows off her style in small bikinis and accepts her new self.
“I like being imperfect because I believe that flaws make you special,” she said when asked about what inspires her, according to The Mirror.

Toxii, who has nearly 160,000 followers on Instagram, was recently interviewed by famous street artist Devon Rodriguez, who wanted to know what was the most painful part of her change.
“Did those hurt, the ones in the forehead?” he asked, pointing to the horn implants.
“No, not at all,” she answered. “I think that taking off my nose was way worse.”

She said that it took about eight weeks to heal. Then Rodriguez asked the question everyone was thinking: “Did you keep the nose?”
Without thinking twice, she replied, “I have all my body parts, in little jars, yeah.”
