Jessie J has been hospitalized just weeks after breast cancer surgery.
The ‘Price Tag’ singer shared the health update with fans just yesterday (August 3), alongside a snap of an IV drip attached to her arm.
“How I spent the last 24 hours,” she captioned the post.
The star is just six week post breast cancer surgery, and has been very candid about how difficult the journey has been.
Speaking on her Instagram stories, she previously said: “The recovery physically is far from quick or easy, and mentally it’s been the most challenging time for me.
“Especially as a mum with a toddler and being unable to be the mother I usually am.”
The mom-of-one added: “Don’t get me wrong, getting the all clear is incredible.
“But that result didn’t speed up or make the recovery from the surgery any easier physically.”
Jessie noted that she loves ‘moving and working,’ so taking time to step away from that during her recovery has been difficult.

She said: “I am finding the strength in knowing that all can be adjusted to align with a slower pace and the support of my very small inner circle.”
But the star took to her Instagram again yesterday, sharing a sad health update with her loyal fans after being admitted to hospital.
The 37-year-old said: “Six weeks post surgery, and I was back in the same ward I was after my surgery. Not expected or planned.”
She added: “I had and still have symptoms that pointed towards a blood clot on the lung.”
However, Jessie later clarified that doctors did not find a blood clot, but an infection instead.
Jessie noted that she discharged herself from hospital after finding out that she did not have a blood clot, and continues to recover from the comfort of her own bed.

She said: “They ran a lot of tests which ended up showing I have an infection (still trying to figure out what) and a little fluid on my lungs.
“Finding it hard to breathe in, but I discharged myself last night (I hate being in hospital) and will continue the investigation as an outpatient.”
This morning (August 4) she shared another update with fans.
Jessie said: “I have just been trying to rest.
“I still have pain in my chest when I breathe, but it’s not as bad, and I have very few other symptoms now.”
To fans delight, she added: “I feel a lot stronger.
“I’m not feeling any worse and I’m resting.”
The singer had a mastectomy to remove the breast cancer in April, followed by a breast reconstruction surgery.
But it seems that ultimately, her most recent hospitalization has served as a reminder for the star to slow down.
