The woman who went viral for having the ‘world’s biggest eyebrows’ has ditched them in favour of a brand new look.
Anzhelika Protodyakonova made headlines after showing off her enormous eyebrows.
Their large and blackened appearance was extreme, and many people had a lot to say about them.
But now, Protodyakonova has ditched her brows in favour of a more natural look – and it has left the internet divided…
Protodyakonova, a Russian social media influencer, first hit headlines back in 2018 thanks to her bold brows.
Initially unsure about the fame she was gaining, Protodyakonova decided to lean into her unique look.
She began accentuating her eyebrows with extreme black makeup,
The influencer soon became renowned for having the world’s biggest eyebrows and attracted a lot of attention for her appearance.
She shared her first big-browed images with her Instagram followers.
“Black masking tape eyebrows will never be in fashion, what is the girl thinking?” one commenter questions.
Another adds: “If she wants to look like a circus clown, that’s her business. I hope she eventually realises her natural look is her, at her most beautiful! Because apart from the brows, she is just that, BEAUTIFUL!!”
While a third pens: “I can’t say I would do it myself but I do like her outlook on life and that she’s going against what others deem ‘acceptable’, her body her choice, she’s not harming anyone and clearly she’s happy so leave her be.”

But now, Protodyakonova has ditched her high-impact eyebrow look, in favour of something a little less eye-catching.
Many fans are loving the more natural eyebrow look, with one writing: “A real beauty, I’m happy for you.”

A third agrees, penning: “Very beautiful without those eyebrows.”
In her more recent snaps, Protodyakonova poses sporting a much more natural, barely-there arch.
She’s also moved away from her viral fame, spending more time working in the food-influencing sphere.
She lives in Yakutsk in Russia’s south-eastern Sakha Republic and continues to post much less eyebrow-centric content to a legion of followers and fans.
However, some of Protodyakonova’s fans miss the good old days, when her eyebrows were front and centre!
