Tom Brady and Bridget Moynahan‘s son, Jack, is growing up.
The retired athlete celebrated his eldest child’s 17th birthday in a touching Instagram tribute on Thursday.
“Happy 17th birthday to the kindest, sweetest, most thoughtful 17-year-old, I know,” the former quarterback, 47, captioned a carousel. “You are truly a blessing in my life and I am so grateful to watch you mature into a young man.”

Brady continued, “Your love of family, friends, school, athletics, hard work and dedication to everything you put your energy into are just some of your amazing qualities. I love spending every minute with you and I cherish our time together.
“Those are all my favorite things about you,” he concluded. “My least favorite is that you can beat me in one on one now 🙄😂. I love you always and forever, happy birthday, dad.”
In the social media slideshow, the teenager smiled for a selfie with Brady, golfed and spent time with half-siblings Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11.

Brady co-parents his youngest two children with ex-wife Gisele Bündchen, whom he split from in 2022.
The former couple began dating in 2007, with the Super Bowl winner finding out early into their romance that Moynahan, 53, was pregnant with his baby.
Nikki Glaser joked about the moment when Brady was the subject of a Netflix roast in May.

“Tom, you’re the best to ever play for too long, you retired then came back then retired, I get it,” the comedian said. “It’s hard to walk away from something that isn’t your pregnant girlfriend.”
Glaser, 40, also poked fun at Bündchen’s romance with jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente since splitting from Brady — as did Kevin Hart and more participants.
The model felt “deeply disappointed” that jokes about herself and her children were included in the comedy special, according to People.

Brady confessed on an episode of the “Pivot” podcast that same month that he “didn’t like” the way the roast “affected” his family.
As Bündchen’s relationship with Valente, 34, took a romantic turn last year, Brady made headlines for his fling with Irina Shayk.
He has most recently been linked to Sports Illustrated Swimsuit star Brooks Nader.
