Noah Lyles Jamaican Girlfriend Accused of Being A Traitor Amid His 100-Meter Gold Medal Victory

Caught in the crossfire of the Jamaica vs. USA rivalry, Noah Lyles’ girlfriend, Junelle Bromfield, does her best to ignore the hate that she receives for celebrating her man despite the intense rivalry.

Fans called for stopping the social media hate against Junelle Bromfield after Noah Lyles won his first Olympic gold in the 100-meter race, but many refused to do so.

Many took to social media and referred to her as a traitor after Noah Lyles posted a personal-best 9.784-second time and won his first Olympic gold medal in the 100-meter final.

After his victory, Noah Lyles could be seen embracing Junelle Bromfield in the stands with a hug and a kiss.

Bromfield continued to ignore the hate. On Sunday night, she took to her Instagram to post a picture of herself hugging Noah Lyles after his victory.

The comments were still getting out of hand, so she limited the comments to keep them in check.

Noah Lyles Almost Did Not Pursue Relationship With Junelle Bromfield

Olympian Noah Lyles and Bromfield met in 2017. They met online, and after months of talking, they finally met in person.

Unfortunately, it would appear the two of them would be headed for just friends as they had a bad first date.

“Whenever I get in a relationship, I’m very serious,” Lyles explained during an interview on the Fast Lane Lifestyle podcast.

However, they remained in touch, and in 2022, Lyles decided to give them another shot when he asked her out again.
