Lindsay Lohan had the perfect quip for the CEO of Disney at the Parent Trap red carpet premiere.

The actress, 38, recalled a moment from the 1998 event, at which she was 12 years old, while appearing on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen Wednesday, Nov. 20, alongside Mean Girls costar Lacey Chabert, 42.

The Our Little Secret star revealed that then-Disney CEO Michael Eisner walked up to her at the premiere and asked, “Where’s your twin?”

Lohan — who played both Hallie and Annie, separated at birth, in the comedy — remembered mentioning her Parent Trap salary in her reply.

“I was so young I don’t even know how I thought to say this, but I’ll never forget what I said. I said, ‘Well you should’ve paid me double, ’cause I don’t have one!’ ” Lohan recalled to host Cohen, 56.

Upon hearing Lohan’s answer, Cohen high-fived Lohan as Chabert could be heard reacting with a surprised “Oh!”

Lohan’s response is receiving kudos on WWHL’s Instagram page this week. One commenter wrote, “ ’You should’ve paid me double,’ is my mantra and I’m not even playing twins.” Another person proclaimed Lohan was “a star from the very beginning.”

On WWHL, Cohen also asked Lohan, “What’s the most popular role you didn’t end up getting that nobody knows you even auditioned for?” Fans on Instagram are describing her answer as “iconic.”

Lohan replied, “I mean, the first movie I auditioned for was The Parent Trap, and I haven’t auditioned since that.”

Lohan’s latest role is in Netflix’s Christmas rom-com Our Little Secret, which also stars Kristin Chenoweth, Ian Harding, Jon Rudnitsky, Dan Bucatinsky and Mean Girls costar Tim Meadows.

The actress previously told PEOPLE what these holiday movies mean to viewers and how it all makes her feel.

“I’ve been fortunate enough to see how they become part of families’ traditions,” Lohan said, “and I still get so much joy from being part of something that can uplift people during such a special time of year.”

Our Little Secret is on Netflix Nov. 27.
