One fan commented: “Damn Lizzo, your face is changing too! I did not think you could be more beautiful but, here you are. So pretty.”
Another follower added: “Lizzo body is just a bodying.”
“You look amazing!” said another enthusiastic fan.
She posted a reel on Instagram, ending it with a statement that read: “When you finally get ozempic allegations after 5 months of weight training and calorie deficit.”
She also shared a screenshot of a comment where someone accused her of using Ozempic.

This isn’t the first time Lizzo has been linked to Ozempic, as even South Park made some cutting jokes about the subject.
It’s also not the first time she’s spoken out about her body changes and weight loss.
In another interview, she added: “I don’t really see it because if anyone who’s on a natural weight-loss journey knows, losing weight is actually the slowest thing in the world and you don’t really notice it until you notice it.”
Lizzo is not the only celebrity wrapped up in Ozempic talks. Last month, comedian and TV host James Corden admitted he had tried it as well.
The drug, which got FDA approval in the US back in 2017, is a weekly injection that helps control blood sugar levels by helping the pancreas produce more insulin.
