Bunnie XO, who is married to Jelly Roll, talked on her podcast called Dumb Blonde about a common misunderstanding people have about OCD and how she faces it every day.
“Some folks like to joke about being a bit OCD, but as someone who really has it, I can say it’s not funny at all,” Bunnie XO explained.
“It’s not just about being neat or having things in order. OCD means dealing with really upsetting thoughts that make you feel super anxious because they seem so wrong, and you definitely don’t want to think about them.”

Bunnie XO then went into details about her repetitive behaviors.
You do those things to try to get rid of the anxiety caused by those thoughts, but it doesn’t really help in the long run, and they just keep coming back, she said.
Bunnie went on to say, “People often think OCD is just about washing hands and being organized, but that’s totally wrong. It usually targets the things we care about the most, like our relationships, beliefs, hobbies, and passions, as a way to ease the stress from those unwanted thoughts.”
Earlier this year, Bunnie XO told her fans about a “pretty scary” experience she had after getting an MRI/MRA scan.

She said that her test results indicated she had a “two-millimeter aneurysm on my carotid artery,” but later, she was informed it was probably just “an artifact.”
“This health scare really changed how I see things,” Bunnie XO shared with her followers. “It truly inspired me to make many changes in my life.”
She added, “I want to be more grateful for my family and friends. It also made me rethink my relationship with God and learn to have faith for the first time.”
In May 2024, Bunnie XO experienced the sad loss of her father, Bill, who passed away due to cancer.
She honored her dad on social media by saying, “Hey Bill, I’m really going to miss you. You will always be my favorite rock star and my hero. This is going to be tough.”
