Evil Woman Who Kept Two-year-old In A Cage And Tried To Sell Child For $1.2 Million Found Dead

Her body was discovered recently, sparking discussions and bringing back to light her controversial past actions.

Her body was discovered in a house located on Main Street in Ochiltree, East Ayrshire, last Thursday, April 4, according to a report from the Daily Mail.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland provided some details: “Around 7AM on Thursday, April 4, 2024, police were called to a property on Main Street in Ochiltree, due to the sudden death of a woman.”

They further stated: “There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding her death, and a report has been forwarded to the Procurator Fiscal,” referencing information from The Mirror.

Boyle, believed to be in her late 30s, had a history of child neglect charges against her.

In a disturbing incident that came to light in 2021, as covered by The Sun, the Kilmarnock Sheriff Court heard details of how she had so severely neglected a four-year-old child.

The neglect was so grave that medical experts were concerned the child could be suffering from serious conditions like blood cancer or a clotting disorder.

This grave situation came to light when the severely bruised child managed to escape from her care.

He squeezed through a tiny six-inch gap between the window frame and glass, falling four feet to the ground below.

Found wandering the streets in the rain in just his pajamas, the police were soon alerted and intervened.

When authorities visited the home Boyle shared with her partner, Timothy Johnstone, who is 23 years older than her, they were appalled to find a two-year-old child confined in a homemade cage.

As reported by Edinburgh Live, the design of the cage involved the base of a cot being removed and secured at the top with dressing gown belts, effectively trapping the child inside.

Despite denying the charges of child neglect, both Boyle and Johnstone were convicted at trial. However, they avoided jail time.

Boyle was sentenced to 250 hours of community service and shockingly, was still permitted to care for the children.

Back in 2014, Boyle faced legal action when she was found unconscious on a couch with a distressed baby lying at her feet, leading to her being handed a Community Payback Order at Ayr Sheriff Court.

That same year, she faced another Community Payback Order after a bizarre incident where she tried to sell a baby for $1.2 million on Ayr High Street, as reported by the Daily Mail.

During the incident, she was seen shaking the boy, shouting at him, and leaving him in a “damp and draughty” spot in the town.

Adding to her legal troubles, Boyle had several ongoing court cases and was scheduled to appear at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court this coming June for two more prosecutions.
