The YouTuber has made an unexpected announcement.

KSI has announced who he will fight next amid rumours that he could replace Mike Tyson and take on Jake Paul.

Boxing legend Tyson and YouTuber-turned-fighter Paul were set to go head-to-head on July 20 at AT&T Stadium in Texas, but the bout was postponed.

Medical professionals advised Tyson, 57, to avoid intense training for the next few weeks after suffering an ulcer flare up.

Rumours immediately began to fly around about who could potentially replace the former heavyweight world champion if Most Valuable Promotions and Netflix still wanted a fight to happen.

KSI – another YouTuber who has turned his hand to boxing – was suggested as a replacement, but Paul and Tyson will now face off on November 15 instead.

KSI, 30, has not fought since October 2023 when he lost to Tommy Fury by unanimous decision.

He intends to return to the ring though, and on Saturday he shared a video on social media revealing his next opponent, as well as his future plans.

In a surprising turn of events, KSI challenged both Slim and Anthony Taylor in a two vs one handicap tag-team match, giving the pair 24 hours to accept his proposal.

The bout would take place on August 31 in Dublin, Republic of Ireland, in Misfits boxing, a crossover boxing promotion co-founded by KSI.

Slim is also a YouTuber-turned boxer, and is currently undefeated in seven fights. Taylor, a former MMA star, has five wins and six defeats to his name.

In his video, KSI also challenged Jake Paul to a fight in May 2025 in the United States, a proposal he insisted will be his “final offer” to the American.

“185lbs is my final offer, take it or leave it,” he said.

“If you come with some bull**** on social media then I will sleep good knowing you never really had the balls to fight me in a fair fight. You were never actually about it, you were just trying to save face online.”

KSI also revealed that he has been trying to arrange a fight with former British boxer Amir Khan, but admitted that a meeting won’t happen before later this year.

“All I’m going to say is that he may be fast in the ring, but when it comes to accepting offers, he is very, very slow,” he said.
