Instead, she\u2019s embracing every wrinkle, every line, and every feature that tells the story of the life she has lived. \u201cThis is the face that I\u2019ve earned,\u201d Hamilton says\u2014and she wouldn\u2019t trade it for a younger version of herself.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83c\udf3f At 69, Hamilton says she doesn\u2019t \u201cchase beauty\u201d or \u201cchase longevity.\u201d She wants to stay healthy, but without becoming obsessed with strict routines or trying to control every moment. She works out, attends physical therapy three times a week, and listens to what her body needs\u2014but she also believes sometimes\u00a0<strong>\u201cit is just a jelly donut.\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0For her, getting older means staying flexible, enjoying life, and being fully present.<\/p>\n<div class=\"8b6f096671da924326c04f02653a866c\" data-index=\"4\">\n<div data-type=\"_mgwidget\" data-widget-id=\"2069700\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udc94 The loss of her twin sister five years ago also changed the way she sees life. It pushed Hamilton to finally do things she had been putting off, including getting back on horses after 40 years. And perhaps most importantly, she says she now feels more comfortable in her own skin than she ever did when she was young. \u201cI\u2019m not trying to please anyone or prove anything or show off,\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2728 Her message is simple but powerful:\u00a0<strong>aging isn\u2019t something we should be ashamed of\u2014it\u2019s something we earn.<\/strong>\u00a0Hamilton says she has found a beautiful balance between work, friendships, health, and simply enjoying the moment. \u201cI certainly feel like everything is a blessing right now,\u201d she said. After decades in Hollywood, she\u2019s no longer trying to turn back the clock.
