QUEENS, New York<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Family members, fellow soldiers, veterans, elected officials, and hundreds of mourners gathered in\u00a0Ozone Park, Queens<\/strong>, to celebrate the life of\u00a0Staff Sgt. Angel Sarah Rampersad<\/strong>, the 28-year-old U.S. Army soldier who l0st her l1f3 during a missile att4ck on\u00a0Muwaffaq Salti Air Base<\/strong>\u00a0in\u00a0Jordan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The emotional service at\u00a0Calvary Assembly of God Church<\/strong>\u00a0centered on\u00a0Angel Sarah Rampersad\u2019s<\/strong>\u00a0military service, faith, and dedication to her country.<\/p>\n

Loved ones shared heartfelt tributes, remembering her as a compassionate leader, a devoted daughter, and a soldier who inspired those around her through courage and selflessness.<\/p>\n

Among those attending the funeral were\u00a0New York Governor Kathy Hochul<\/strong>,\u00a0Queens Borough President Donovan Richards<\/strong>, military personnel, veterans, and community members.<\/p>\n
