Getting diagnosed with cancer is devastating at any age but for a young person, a teenager, the diagnosis can feel especially more scary.<\/strong><\/p>\n

18-year-old Kelly Mullooly lived a\u00a0healthy\u00a0and active lifestyle but was still\u00a0diagnosed\u00a0with bone cancer. She recently came in a video on YouTube for a channel titled\u00a0The Patient Story<\/em>\u00a0to narrate\u00a0her story. The channel is dedicated to showcase the stories of people who have cancer.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0teenager\u00a0was a cheerleader who went to practice twice a week and was also a regular at the gym, she lived an overall healthy lifestyle.<\/p>\n

She first began to notice something was amiss when she felt different after a session at the gym.<\/p>\n

She recalled, \u201cI was doing legs one day at the gym and like, I always get pretty sore from legs but I noticed like, a few days had passed and I was still, like very sore and I noticed my knee just feel a little bit off.\u201d<\/p>\n
