Shania Twain is once again at the center of an online debate after her performance at Wembley Stadium in London sparked a wave of reactions across social media.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The 60-year-old country singer, who opened for Harry Styles during his London shows, sparked reactions with her black lace outfit. A TikTok video of the performance quickly gained traction, with the user behind the post joking: \u201cthis was not on my bingo card for 2026,\u201d according to\u00a0Daily Mail.<\/p>\n

The clip prompted thousands of comments. Among the most-liked responses were: \u201cso tacky;\u201d \u201cjust because you can, doesn\u2019t mean you should;\u201d and one person referencing one of Twain\u2019s biggest songs by writing, \u201cThat don\u2019t impress me much.\u201d<\/p>\n

One commenter suggested Twain \u201cand Madonna need to consult with Cher\u2019s stylist,\u201d while another wrote, \u201cPlease stop this,\u201d adding that the singer was \u201ctoo talented and beautiful for this\u201d and saying she needed \u201ca new stylist.\u201d<\/p>\n

Twain recently addressed aging and body confidence in an interview with The Independent.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have a 60-year-old body, but I will walk on the beach in my bikini,\u201d she said in the interview, according to Daily Mail. \u201cI don\u2019t really care if [people] are OK with it or not, right?\u201d<\/p>\n

Speaking to The Times, she also reflected on a difficult period during her 2019 Let\u2019s Go! Las Vegas residency.<\/p>\n

\u201cI stopped looking at myself in the mirror. I hated my body,\u201d Twain said. \u201cI\u2019m, like, \u2018Oh, I cannot stand this changing body.\u2019 But that was so unhealthy. Who cannot look at themselves in the mirror?\u201d<\/p>\n

She explained that menopause brought physical changes she couldn\u2019t control.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo all of a sudden I\u2019m bloating, and I\u2019m definitely not in control. I can\u2019t just lose five pounds.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd I was working my body more than I was feeding it to keep up with the strain.\u201d<\/p>\n

Twain revealed she became \u201cmalnourished\u201d. Today, however, she says her perspective has completely changed.<\/p>\n

\u201cNow I\u2019m like, bring on the mirrors, I\u2019m going to look at myself all day long!\u201d she shared, before adding, \u201cMenopause has been very good for me because I\u2019ve learned that some things you cannot control.\u201d<\/p>\n

Not everyone agreed with the criticism she received, and some fans came to her defense.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhy what? She looks incredible,\u201d one supporter wrote.<\/p>\n

Another added: \u201cBecause, at one time she was one of the hottest women in America (for quite a while). And even at her age (as, we all age), she still doing Hella better than most.\u201d<\/p>\n

A third fan wrote: \u201cYou all are so mean. She\u2019s having a blast while slinging and lookin good. CTFO.\u201d<\/p>\n
