Despite the unwarranted attention her body received, she addressed the issue head-on and revealed that it was merely a wardrobe choice.
Over the years, numerous viewers have speculated that Jennifer Aniston and her Friends co-star Courteney Cox, who portrayed Monica Geller, deliberately cut holes in their bras to make their nipples more visible on screen.
However, these claims are merely baseless rumors and are not supported by any factual evidence.

One Twitter user said: “You do know [Jennifer] made wardrobe cut holes in her bras so nips would show.”
Another suggested it was the producers doing, writing: “Did you know that Friends’ producers told Rachel and Monica to cut holes in their bras to show their nipples?”
In addition to the bra-cutting rumors, other outlandish theories emerged over the years, including the suggestion that Jennifer Aniston wore prosthetic silicone nipples to enhance her appearance on Friends.

The star added: “But hey, I’m not going to complain!”
Several fans have offered an alternative theory, suggesting that Jennifer Aniston wore a sheer, non-padded bra to prevent any accidental flashes while filming, which inadvertently led to her nipples being visible on screen. However, it is important to note that Aniston has never confirmed nor denied any of these claims.
