Simon Charles Dorante-Day has made headlines over the last few years after taking to social media and television news outlets to claim that he is the illegitimate son of King Charles III and Camilla, the Queen Consort.

The Australian, born in 1966, claims that he was conceived when Charles and Camilla were just teenagers and then subsequently adopted by a family from Portsmouth, England – a family who had links to the British Royal Family.

Growing up, he was then allegedly told by his adoptive grandmother that he was Charles’ son.

In an interview with 7News, Dorante-Day said: “My grandmother, who had worked for the Queen, told me outright that I was Camilla and Charles’ son many times. We owe it to our children for them to have answers. We have some exciting new legal paths that we’re looking at to uncover the truth.

“At the end of the day, I’m just a man who’s looking for his biological parents – and every road takes me to Charles and Camilla.”

And although many had shrugged off Dorante-Day’s claims, others have supported his comments – with more than 29,000 Facebook users following him on the platform. “An Investigation into my Natural Birth Parents who I believe are King Charles and Queen Camilla,” the page description reads.

In an effort to “prove” his claims, Dorante-Day often shares photos of himself and his own children side-by-side with members of the UK Royal Family – as a way of highlighting physical similarities.

“One good thing about [Charles and Camilla] becoming King and Queen is that we get a lot more images to compare with, from many different angles,” he wrote in one post, per Marca. “The more I see, the more they look like thee.”

However, despite a swell of support on social media, Dorante-Day’s assertions have never been substantiated with concrete proof, and there has been no acknowledgment or validation of these claims by the Royal Family or any related entities.

But that doesn’t mean Dorante-Day hasn’t tried.

Now, as the King and Queen prepare to embark on a tour of Australia this month, Dorante-Day has called for a “four-way paternity test”.

Sharing a split image of himself, Princes William and Harry, and King Charles, he writes: “This comparison of William, Myself, Charles, and Harry demonstrates something very clearly, there is no consistency. The fact that the left side of my face identically matches Charles whilst neither William nor Harry’s does, raises the obvious question, just who are Charles’s real sons?”

He continues: “This is why my wife, Dr. Elvianna, and I believe a 4-way Paternity test is the only way to resolve this issue once and for all. The truth of the game that has been played by the Monarchy, the Government, and the Establishment for 58 years needs to be exposed. The lies and corruption must be uncovered for what they are, criminal activity.”

Dorante-Day claims that King Charles has shown no “intention to resolve this issue or change direction”

Sharing that his family vehemently supports his claim, Dorante-Day adds: “They will not succeed. They will only strengthen our argument and provides us with evidence to demonstrate what has occurred, in a Court room, to judges.

“My question to all of you is how will you truly react when you hear the truth of what has occurred? Would you still want them on the throne?”

He concludes his post by explaining how he is spurred on by his grandmother’s alleged comments, his memories as a child, and “the very real pain that has and still causes”.

In response to his calls for a four-way paternity test, many of Doronte-Day’s supporters rallied around him in the comments section. ” I know in my heart you are the son of Charles and Camila,” one person wrote. “I pray this is uncovered sooner than later.”

“Fight on Simon, don’t stop,” a second added.

Speaking with 7NEWS.com.au, Dorante-Day has previously stated that he believes the lack of response from the Royal Family regarding his claims “speaks volumes”.

“It’s worth me pointing out that Charles and Camilla, Buckingham Palace, the entire royal family – not one of them has ever said my claims are not true,” he said. “They’ve never denied what I believe, told me I’m wrong. And I think their silence speaks volumes.”
