Taylor Swift’s “Patient Zero” Debuts at No. 1 on Spotify With the Biggest Female Debut of 2026

Taylor Swift’s single “Patient Zero” shot straight to the number one position on Spotify’s Global Chart, with 13.7 million streams, becoming the biggest debut by a woman on the charts in 2026.

“Patient Zero” is one of four new singles on the deluxe edition of The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore album, which also reached No. 1 on Spotify’s U.S. charts with 6.12 million streams.

All four singles made the Global chart, taking the top four positions. While “Cleveland!” debuted at No. 2 on the chart with 9.62 million streams, “Pink Clouding” and “Babylon” debuted at Nos. 3 and 4 on the chart with 8.78 million and 8.41 million streams, respectively.

Together, the deluxe singles recorded 40.53 million streams on their day of debut.
