Jessica Alves, once known as the “Human Ken Doll”, became famous worldwide because of her surgeries. She spent an incredible amount on her transformation and has finally reached the look she always wanted. She mentioned that she has stopped having surgeries and feels satisfied with how she looks.
Jessica Alves chose plastic surgery as a way to cope with insecurities she faced while growing up.

Jessica Alves, who was born Rodrigo Alves and assigned male at birth in Brazil, has openly shared her lifelong journey of embracing her identity as a woman. Her love for Barbie dolls began in childhood when her grandfather gave her these classic toys. As she grew older, Alves struggled with insecurities and doubts about her looks. In her early twenties, she made the decision to have plastic surgery to improve parts of her body that she felt needed work.
By 2018, she had earned the title “Human Ken Doll” and had spent around half a million dollars on cosmetic surgeries.

By the time she turned 35, Alves had gone through a series of cosmetic procedures that totaled over $500,000, as she revealed on television. At that point, Alves still identified as Rodrigo and was recognized for looking like the famous “Ken” doll, known for his blond hair and sharp features. She had heavily invested in various procedures, including several nose jobs, “cat eye lift” surgeries, and body enhancements to shape her figure.

In 2020, Jessica Alves courageously revealed her transgender identity and later had gender reassignment surgery.

In 2020, Jessica Alves made a bold decision to publicly accept her true identity as a woman, sharing her plans to undergo gender reassignment surgery. She opened up about her personal experience, explaining that even though she was often seen as ‘Ken’ in her looks, she had always felt a deep connection to the spirit of Barbie within her. For many years, she attempted to fit into societal expectations by presenting as male, even going through cosmetic enhancements like a fake six-pack and artificial muscles in her arms.
However, Alves came to the realization that she was not being true to herself, as her real identity was deeply feminine. With this new understanding, she stated that aligning her physical appearance with her true self was essential for achieving inner peace and fully embracing who she is.

So far, Alves has spent an incredible $1 million on cosmetic procedures but has decided to stop any further surgeries.

On February 7th, Jessica had a facelift, along with lip and neck lifts, costing £15,000, claiming it made her look “10 years younger.” Alves has monthly cosmetic procedures but has decided to pause on more significant surgeries.
“This facelift and neck lift will take 10 years off my appearance, and I believe that looking younger will reflect my youthful spirit,” she said.
“I spend £10,000 each month just on facial and body treatments to slow down my natural aging. I find myself visiting a different clinic in London every week that offers the latest therapies to enhance my skin and reverse aging, and while these treatments are effective, they aren’t permanent,” Alves explained.

Jessica has invested 1 million pounds in more than 100 surgeries over the past 21 years, but she claims she is finally content. “After 21 years of having plastic surgeries, now at 40 years old, I can officially say that I am finished with it.”
“I’m finished with plastic surgeries. I want to look like this forever,” she stated.
Now, let’s talk about another individual who sought out a surgeon to reach their ideal look. This is Patrick, who has spent over $73,000 on their transformation.
