Tributes have been rolling in for Dominique Brown in the wake of her unexpected passing
An influencer has died at the age of 34 after reportedly having an allergic reaction at a food event.
Dominique Brown is the co-founder of BlackGirlDisney, an Instagram page which boasts over 18,000 followers.
She also garnered 18,500 on her personal Instagram page, which last posted only three days ago.

It’s said that Brown attended a Christmas food event hosted by BoxLunch in Los Angeles on Thursday (December 5) when she became unwell.
According to someone who claims to have known the 34-year-old, Brown had a peanut allergy and after consuming some of the food at the event, she ‘instantly felt bad’.
It’s alleged that Brown alerted staff at the event to her allergy and they assured her that the food was peanut-free.
After suffering a severe allergic reaction, witnesses at the event said Brown was given CPR as 911 was called for help.
Sadly, the influencer succumbed to the reaction and died.

BoxLunch has since released a statement saying that it’s ‘devastated’ to learn of Brown’s death.
“We are devastated by the passing of Dominique Brown, a beloved member of the BoxLunch Collective, who suffered a medical emergency at an event hosted by BoxLunch on Thursday in Los Angeles,” a BoxLunch representative told PEOPLE.
“Our hearts go out to her family and friends, and we will do everything we can to support them and the members of the BoxLunch Collective and our team during this painful time.”
UNILAD have also approached BoxLunch for comment.
Elsewhere, Brown’s brother commented on her final Instagram post, saying how much he’ll miss her.
He penned: “Hi everyone, this is @pramos313 – Dominique’s brother.
“I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to her social media fam for showing her so much love and light.”

The post went on: “Disney did bring her joy, but it was unparalleled that she found a community who loved her and Disney as much as she did. I will miss my sister and best friend and that infectious smile she always had.
“Thank you, truly, from the bottom of my heart.”
Tributes have also been rolling in from her followers in the wake of Brown’s unexpected death.
“I’ve just been sitting here thinking of what to say because I can’t process that you aren’t here,” one person’s tribute began.
“Thank you for creating and holding space for all of Black Disney girls. I hope you know you that you are so deeply loved and will be profoundly missed. Love you so so much.”
A second said: “I truly cannot believe this. I’m so heartbroken right now. I’m so sorry, Domo. I’m gonna miss you so much!! Love you, angel.”
Someone else went on to describe Brown as ‘a beacon of light in this community’.
